ICAR-KVK Gonikoppal conducted training programme on oyster mushroom cultivation for twelve tribal farmers of Thattalli Haadi of Maldare Gram Panchayath of Siddapura block in assiciation with IIHR,Bengalore on 7th October 2020.

The farmers were provided with Dashehari mango, Mallika mango and Guava Arka Kiran saplings. Also, Arka vegetable kit for kitchen gardening and Vegetable seed material (French bean var. Arka Arjun, Yard Long Bean var. Arka Mangala,Bhendi Arka Nikita,Bottle gourd var. Arka Bahar and Coriander var. Arka Isha were distributed for small scale vegetable cultivation as part of nutritional and economic security. The programme was coordinated by Prabhakar,SMS (Hort.) and Thabrez.
