In our KVK farm we are having a well established fodder unit having 25 different types of perennial grasses which are suitable to the local conditions of the district. In order to maintain the green fodder portion of the animal diet we are having a high yielding grass varieties like hybrid Napier, Gunia grass, Hedge lucerne, fodder sorghum, Rhodes grass etc. In this unit we are also having fodder trees like Jack, Jamun, Hebbevu, Neem, Moringa etc.
