ICAR-KVK Gonikoppal celebrated the 150th birth Anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi on 2nd October 2019 at KVK Gonikoppal Campus. The celebration started with national flag hosting followed by flag salute and singing national anthem. Dr. Saju George KVK Head offered flowers and pooja to Mahatma Gandhi and addressed the gathering to emphasis on moral values given by Mahatma Gandhi to the human kind also he took pledge on swachh Bharath abhiyan.

He also urged the gathering not to use and litter plastic waste in the KVK campus and outside. On this occasion all the KVK Staff gave small speech on Gandhi and his freedom struggle. After the programme all the staff cleaned the campus premises.
