ICAR-KVK Gonikoppal, Kodagu in collaboration with Kodagu Kennel club Pollibetta, Karnataka Veterinary association Kodagu & dept. of AH & VS Madikeri organized 15th Dog Show 2023 at Gonikoppal on 26th December 2023. The show was inaugurated by Mr. A.S Ponnanna , MLA Virajpet constituency, DR. Lingaraj Doddamani, DD(AH) Madikeri presided the show. Mr. Prabhakara B, Head (I/C), KVK Gonikoppal was the chief guest in the show. Around 103 dogs of 25 different breeds were part of the show.

The judging was done by Dr. Shadakshari Retd. DD(AH) Mysuru and Dr. Jayramaiah DD(AH) Mysuru. Prizes were given breed wise and among the breeds, One Doberman dog was awarded champion of the show. The show was witnessed by more than 525 people. The dog owners from Mysuru and Hassan district also brought their pets to the show. the show was coordinated by Dr. Suresh, SMS(Livestock), KVK Gonikoppal.
